TOC紫外線燈是如何降解水中TOC的?

水體中的TOC即總有機(jī)碳(Total Organic Carbon),它是用來表示水中的有機(jī)物質(zhì)的含量,以有機(jī)物中的主要元素一碳的量來表示,稱為總有機(jī)碳。TOC紫外線燈用“VH”來表示185nm,185nmUV燈管是用來降低TOC(總有機(jī)碳)會(huì)產(chǎn)生OH—(氫氧基)對各種有機(jī)污染物進(jìn)行徹底的氧化,降解并*終轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闊o污染的CO2(二氧化碳)和H2O(水)。

TOC燈管就是對水中TOC進(jìn)行處理的設(shè)備,它是利用185nm波長的紫外燈管直接照射純水,此時(shí)水中TOC與光子直接碰撞的幾率很低,此時(shí)靠水中TOC雜質(zhì)直接吸收185nm紫外光光子能量再分解并形成CO2逸出從而得到降解是很困難的,所以我們一般認(rèn)為185nm波長的紫外光降解水中TOC時(shí),波長為185nm紫外光先與水作用,引起水的均裂反應(yīng),其反應(yīng)式如下:

H2O→H++HO-①            H2O→H++HO-+eaq- ②

從上面的反應(yīng)式可以得出185nm紫外光照射水時(shí),在185nm紫外光所能照射的范圍內(nèi)可以產(chǎn)生中間體HO-、H+和eaq-(水合電子)。這些活性中間體再與水中有機(jī)物發(fā)生親核、親電和電子轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng),引起水中有機(jī)物的降解和礦化,并使其TOC濃度降低,達(dá)到降解水中TOC作用。

The Jelight Company is capable of producing bulbs ranging from 1-200 inches in length and 25-1500 Watts per inch, with a variety of end caps. Lamp envelopes are available in ozone-producing or ozone-free quartz. 

TOC分析儀是將水溶液中的總有機(jī)碳氧化為二氧化碳,并且測定其含量。利用二氧化碳與總有機(jī)碳之間碳含量的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,從而對水溶液中總有機(jī)碳進(jìn)行定量測定。

TOC分析儀紫外線氧化法是使用UV燈照射待測水樣,水會(huì)分解成羥基和氫基,羥基和氧化物結(jié)合會(huì)生成CO2和水,然后檢測新生成的CO2即可計(jì)算出總有機(jī)碳含量。在使用紫外線氧化法時(shí),通過添加二氧化鈦,過硫酸鹽等可以提高氧化能力。紫外線氧化法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是氧化效率高,保養(yǎng)簡單,缺點(diǎn)是UV燈管需要定期更換。
